Nahargarh Biological Park, spread across 720 acres beneath the Aravalli Hill range in the vicinity of Nahargarh fort, is famous for its flora and fauna. The famous Jaipur Zoo has been shifted to here recently making the visit more amazing. A large number of wild animals can be seen here including Bengal Tigers, Asiatic Lions, Himalayan black bear, panther, deer, wild boar, crocodiles, wolves, hyenas, etc. It is a bird watcher’s paradise with over 285 species of birds including the migratory birds like grey leg-goose, teals, large cormorant, pin-tail, coot, etc., besides other common birds like grey hornbill, peacock, tree-pie, black partridge, and many more. White-naped tit is a rare species of birds which can be seen exclusively in this Biological Park.
