Maharana Pratap Memorial situated on the top of Pearl Hill (Moti Magri) is an 11 feet high bronze statue dedicated to Maharana Pratap Singh and his faithful horse Chetak, which stood beside him till the king was killed in the battle of Haldighati in 1576 AD. The memorial was built in 1948 by Maharana Bhagwat Singh Mewar. It is a well-preserved site at the hill top, where one can enjoy wonderful views of the surroundings. Statues of few of his associates are also installed here. A museum displays the history of Chittorgarh and Kumbhalgarh and also the last battle of Maharana Pratap Singh. A Japanese Rock Garden is another attraction of the site. A light and sound show is also held in the evening, depicting the history of Mewar dynasty.
