Tsungremong is usually celebrated in the eve of harvest but nowadays they celebrate it in the first week of August.This festival is also celebrated similar to Moatsu wearing colorful, traditional costumes and singing and dancing. Before the festival commence the village gate is closed and non villagers are restricted to enter the village. The festival ends with a tug of war between the men and women of the village. And in this game the women folk win. The men lose in the charm of their song.
