Bhoramdeo Mahotsav is celebrated at Bhoramdev Temple in Chhattisgarh. The temple located on the banks of River Sakri, is popularly known as Khajuraho of Chhattisgarh, due to its architectural excellence and influence of Khajuraho style. The temple constructed by Ramachandra of Nag dynasty is famous for its Lord Shiva temple complex of the 11th century. The events of the festival reflect the rich culture as well as the music, dance, arts and crafts of the region . The fascinating tribal dance performed in the evening is the highlight of the festival. Thousands of people attend the festival in the last week of March and spend some memorable moments.
